The forensic psychiatric regional clinic is today one of the largest clinics in the country for the care of patients referred under the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act (LRV). We also have a mandate to care for particularly demanding patients under the Compulsory Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). The clinic currently has 135 care places, divided into 10 departments. RPK offers a good working environment with varied work and opportunities for personal and professional development in the field. We offer you a varied, independent, and responsible job where you get patient contact and the opportunity to meet many new colleagues. We are now looking for a caregiver/nursing assistant to join us.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement with temporary placement at XXXXXX.
Caregiver at the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic, Sundsvall Job Responsibilities
As a caregiver at the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic (RPK), you are part of a multidisciplinary team that takes care of the patient's daily needs for forensic psychiatric care and plans the care content together with other professional categories. You work with the daily operations of the department and as part of a health-promoting milieu therapy.
Work is done in three shifts around the clock (morning, evening, and night shifts), and you never work alone.
Additional InformationQualificationsWe are looking for someone who
- Is a trained nursing assistant/caregiver or has other education/experience deemed relevant for the role
- Masters the Swedish language in both speech and writing
It is an advantage if you
- Have work experience from forensic psychiatric care
- Have additional language skills
- Have a B driver's license
