Kulturhuset Stadsteatern is one of Stockholm's most vibrant meeting places, located in the heart of the city at Sergels torg. Here, culture, art, and social debate coexist with events in unique venues such as Foajé 3, Hörsalen, Lilla Studion, and Studion. In these creative environments, everything from grand dinners and conferences to fairs, concerts, and mingling is arranged. Carotte is responsible for all service personnel, food, beverages, and ancillary services on-site – always with the guest's experience in focus.

Carotte is now looking for an experienced and dedicated team leader for Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. As a team leader, you are a key person in creating a professional and welcoming experience for our guests. You will be responsible for a group of consultants from Carotte who work at various types of events – dinners, concerts, corporate parties, and especially conferences. The number of guests varies greatly depending on the event, which places high demands on flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead the staff in operations, ensure an efficient workflow between the kitchen and service, receive deliveries, and assist in serving food and drinks. You will be active throughout the event, communicate with the team, and support where needed. The role also includes regular restaurant and café duties such as cash handling and dishwashing.

• Has experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role

• Has good communication and leadership skills

• Is service-oriented with an eye for detail

• Can work under stress and solve problems quickly and effectively

• Has knowledge of food and beverages (meriting)

Employment type: Part-time employment at 75%. You are employed by Carotte Food & Event and work alongside our unit manager at the client. Varied working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Start date: By agreement.
