Café Crema is now looking for a full-time café assistant to start immediately who wants to be part of our team!

Your new role

As a café assistant with us, you are a key person in the daily operations. You welcome guests, prepare coffee, sandwiches, food, and drinks, follow our routines, handle the cash register, and ensure that the café is always clean and welcoming.

To thrive in this role, you must be social, pleasant, and love working with and for people. You are proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. In short: you are the face of our guests and help create the warm atmosphere that Café Crema is known for.

We are looking for someone who

• Is cheerful, social, and positive even during stressful periods and genuinely wants to be part of our team and take Café Crema to new heights
• Has a strong sense of service and wants to create a wow experience for our guests
• Is responsible and can work independently
• Is organized and very good at keeping things clean around you
• Is a team player who can step up and is cooperative with the team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling many tasks
• Is flexible with working hours, an early riser, and available for weekend work when needed
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English

Highly meritorious if you have relevant work experience and/or barista skills.

Your tasks

• Welcome and take care of our guests and ensure that everyone in the team does the same
• Make coffee and other beverages
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, simple dishes, and pastries
• Handle the cash register, take/prepare orders, and show knowledge of our brand
• Place orders and restock items in fridges and shelves
• Handle the opening and closing of the café independently according to established routines
• Ensure that our guests leave the store satisfied and that the entire team delivers a wow guest experience
• Keep the café clean and organized
• Be responsible for ensuring that the café is always attractive and sales-oriented

Other information

The position is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week

6-month probationary period starting immediately, no later than March 2026.

Work can take place at any of our cafés in Stockholm, but this position is primarily based at our newly opened unit at Pilgatan 28, Kungsholmen near Rådhuset.
