For the summer of 2026, we are looking for new colleagues for our café. At Bea’s, you will work in a close-knit team where we together create a pleasant and welcoming place for our guests – with good service, delicious snacks, and a lovely atmosphere.

Here you will have a social and varied job where you quickly become an integral part of the team and help create wonderful moments for both guests and colleagues.

Your responsibilities:

As a café assistant at Bea’s, you contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests and play an important role in the daily operations. Your tasks include, among other things:

• greeting our guests and providing a friendly and personal welcome
• working at the cash register and handling sales
• preparing sandwiches, snacks, and simple dishes with care and quality
• keeping the café clean, tidy, and pleasant through dishwashing and cleaning
• ensuring that products are restocked and that the café always feels inviting
• following our routines regarding opening, closing, and alcohol sales

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. You are social, responsible, and contribute to a positive atmosphere – both for guests and colleagues.

You are curious and eager to learn new things while developing in your role. Experience from cafés or service is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing for us is your attitude, work ethic, and your desire to give our guests that little extra.

Additional information:

Our business is located in Jävrebyn, about 25 kilometers outside of Piteå. Since we have limited bus connections, it is important that you have the ability to get here by other means of transportation.

Employment type:

Seasonal work from June to August (weeks 25–33/34). Positions are between 70-90%. Salary according to collective agreement.

In addition to these positions, we are also looking for 1-2 people for extra work as needed. These positions may also involve scheduled shifts during the summer.
