We are now looking for 2 colleagues for Solhems Group Home and Midgård Service Housing.

Your Responsibilities

The work involves supporting individuals with varying disabilities. The positions entail working in a team. We support individuals in their homes with everything related to their personal needs.

We engage in motivational work to strengthen and maintain the individual's abilities in daily life. The work is characterized by a social perspective where the individual's needs are at the center. In our work, we support individuals to achieve a good quality of life based on their individual needs. Your support makes a difference and is valuable!

Working hours vary between day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. We give you the opportunity to choose the working hours you wish to have. The position may involve some shifts at another workplace within the unit.

The need for these positions is around 95%, but you are offered the chance to work up to 100% if desired. However, this may mean working at multiple workplaces. We can offer a varied profession where no two days are alike.

What is constantly recurring is the energy and joy that our residents give us daily in our profession.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education to work with individuals with disabilities, such as leisure leaders, treatment pedagogues, social programs with a focus on behavior, nursing assistants, or education in social work. The position also requires previous experience in similar work.

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to work independently and be flexible in your approach. You must have good self-awareness and be confident in yourself. We place great importance on good collaboration skills and empathetic abilities. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities.

The position requires basic IT skills and the ability to work with the systems we use for documentation, among other things. Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish.
