We are looking for a nursing assistant for hourly employment/summer substitute at Forenede Care, Palliative Care Department Byle Gård

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Byle Gård is a palliative care department located on the outskirts of Täby Kyrkby. The department has 18 beds for specialized palliative inpatient care. We primarily care for patients with advanced cancer but also other diagnosis groups at the end of life. We work in a team consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. We provide quality care, for example, we have our own chef who prepares meals for the patients. With us, nothing is impossible!

You will be part of a proud, experienced, and competent team with extensive experience in palliative care. We believe that teamwork and collaboration are important. The unit strives to be at the forefront of specialized palliative care. Many of your future colleagues are specialists in palliative care.

JOB DUTIES

The work includes the usual tasks for the department with a focus on the patient's best interests. As a nursing assistant with us, care work is the focus, which includes personal care, symptom observation, and interaction with relatives, in close collaboration with the department's nurses and other team members. Working with us will provide you with solid work experience that you will definitely benefit from in your future career!

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing assistant education, preferably with a few years of experience in medical or palliative care. We see it as a plus if you are studying to become a nurse or doctor.

SALARY

Hourly wage, collective agreement exists
