We are now looking for a Project Manager for a modern and growing project development company in Stockholm.

The company was founded in 2015 and has experienced stable and long-term growth since its inception. Today, the organization consists of approximately 30 senior and junior employees with various skills and experiences. The projects primarily involve retail, offices, and light industry, and are carried out on behalf of commercial property companies and developers.

Over the years, the company has built a strong customer base with many recurring collaborations – something they are very proud of.

The position is based at the headquarters in Årsta, and all projects are located in Stockholm.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you are the spider in the web and have overall responsibility for several parallel projects. You are the link between management, site managers, project leaders, clients, and external partners.

The role is both strategic and operational.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting site managers and project leaders
• Ensuring that projects deliver according to budget, timeline, and quality requirements
• Monitoring finances, forecasts, and resource planning
• Being active in sales and assessment of new projects
• Participating in client dialogues and developing existing relationships
• Identifying business opportunities and contributing to the company's continued growth
• Ensuring structure, working methods, and effective project management

You are expected to have a holistic perspective – both on the projects and on the business.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with a strong business sense. You have experience in driving construction projects in a leading role and feel comfortable in dialogue with both clients and production.

• Have several years of experience in a leading position within construction or project operations
• Have a good understanding of project economics and business
• Are accustomed to working with budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups
• Have a natural sales drive and enjoy identifying and evaluating new business
• Are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
