APL Coordinator and Business Contact for Stockholm
Do you want to help build the workforce of the future?
We are looking for an APL Coordinator and Business Contact who is passionate about creating strong relationships between education and the labor market. In this role, you will initially focus on securing and ensuring the quality of APL placements within Automotive/Transport and Construction. Once the foundation is in place, there is a clear path for development: you will gradually work more business-driven to sell our educational services to companies and build long-term collaborations.
About the role
As an APL Coordinator and Business Contact, you play a key role in building bridges between education and the job market. You are responsible for:
- Acquiring and securing APL placements for our participants
- Following up on participants' development and ensuring the quality of the APL period through contact with supervisors and companies.
- Selling our educational services. E-Learning, customized corporate training, and skills-enhancing initiatives.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with companies, industry organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Working strategically with environmental scanning to identify new business opportunities.
This is an independent and business-driven role with great opportunities to influence and develop our operations!
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have experience in sales, business development, or collaboration with the business community within the education sector, transport, automotive technology, and/or construction.
- Have the ability to build long-term relationships and enjoy creating new contacts.
- Are self-driven and motivated by results – you like to achieve goals and work towards clear KPIs.
- Have experience working with vocational training, staffing, or labor market initiatives.
- Are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a B driver's license, as travel within the region is included in the role.
Salary and employment conditions
- Base salary + performance-based compensation
- Upon successful evaluation and continued employment, a company car may be offered.
- The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
- Location in Farsta
