Your Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you are a central part of the daily work. You work closely with employees, licensed staff, and the operations manager. You are expected to have good knowledge of our users, and the role also involves contact with relatives and external parties.

Your assignment as a coordinator includes planning, coordinating, and following up on tasks within three areas: operations, employees, and finances. Your work includes ensuring that users receive the right services, participating in move-ins and move-outs, contacting relatives, and administration in various systems. You also plan and ensure staffing both short- and long-term. Conditions can change quickly during the day, and you are expected to prioritize and address what is needed here and now.

Your Workplace

The Health and Care Administration is growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start and develop our operations. If you are driven by development, this is an opportunity for you. Linköping Municipality will take over Lambohov's home care services on April 28, consisting of Tröskaregatan and Torparegatan's assisted living and home care services.

Together with our 1,500 employees, we work to ensure that the residents of Linköping have a meaningful and dignified existence. Every year, we provide care and support for approximately 4,100 people and contribute to the municipality's development within the sector.

You will be part of the local management team together with the operations managers, a coordinator colleague, and licensed staff, where you will work together for good accessibility, satisfied users and relatives, engaged employees, and balanced finances. You will also become part of our network of coordinators within the organization.

Who We Are Looking For

For this position, we are looking for someone who has a complete upper secondary education, and we consider it an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant. If you have education in logistics, administration, or other training deemed equivalent, we see it as positive.

It is also advantageous if you have previously worked as a coordinator or held a similar role. As a coordinator, you will work daily in the systems Welfare, Unit4, Treserva, Heroma, Epsilon, and it is beneficial if you have knowledge of one or more of these systems.

Working in elderly care involves daily contact with users, relatives, and employees. Therefore, we require that you can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. You need to have a good ability to handle digital tools. It is advantageous if you have a B driver's license for a manual transmission.

We are looking for a person who easily adapts to changes and sees opportunities in new working methods. You are meticulous, aware of goals and quality requirements, and work to meet them. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, set deadlines, and adhere to them.
