Here at the operation department, we work together in teams and give you the opportunity to develop in your role as a nursing assistant. You will be a significant part of the surgical chain and will help care for patients before, during, and after surgery.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with knowledge of Cosmic. We prefer that you have several years of experience in the profession. Experience in surgical care, emergency care, or other similar operations is an advantage for the position. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of Provisio and experience working in a sterile central.
We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and self-driven. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and consider the larger perspective, and you recognize the value of collaboration with others.

What you will work with

You will work in a team regarding all parts of the surgical chain. You will care for patients before, during, and after surgery. This will mean that on some days you will work in our reception and be the first person the patient meets when they come to us. You will work in pre-/post-op and, together with a nurse, take care of and monitor patients before and after surgery. In the operating room, you will assist the surgical nurse/surgeon during ongoing operations. In the future, work in the Sterile Central will also be part of your duties.

Information about the position

We offer permanent employment full-time, daytime working hours. A probationary period may apply. Start date 2026-05-01 or by agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
