Summer Substitute for Resource and Planning Center

We are now looking for an engaged summer substitute for our Resource and Planning Center! We are making significant investments to develop and streamline home care services and need you to contribute to smarter planning, better resource utilization, and higher quality for our users. You will be part of a competent team where planners, together with two unit managers, will work to support and develop the work in home care services. Your physical placement will be in one of our home care groups.

The Resource and Planning Center will focus on effective planning, resource utilization, quality, and collaboration to ensure that all users have their needs met.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime Monday to Friday starting at 06:30. The position also includes public holidays that fall on weekdays (so-called light holidays).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a planner, you will be responsible for daily service planning in the operational system Combine/PLAN and ensure effective and equitable planning tailored to the user's needs. Your main tasks include managing short-term staffing in collaboration with the competence supply unit, resource and planning center, and home care group. You will distribute incoming emergency alarms and be responsible for the group local phone as well as participate in meetings. You are an important link in communication with users and relatives, and you work closely with the permanent care contact, home care group, assistance officers, home healthcare, emergency alarms, and the night patrol.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, stable, and structured. You take the initiative and do not wait to be directed in every moment, but see what needs to be done and act. You are confident in yourself, can handle stress constructively, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once. As a person, you are structured and have the ability to plan and organize your work in a way that creates safety and quality in the operation.

For this role, you need to have:

• Grades in Swedish equivalent to at least grade 9
• Good digital skills and can use phones, apps, computers, and programs without problems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools as needed.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in home support and if you have worked in relevant operational systems, such as Combine and Lifecare.
