About the organization Kry healthcare center Sickla is a modern healthcare center located just south of Stockholm. The healthcare center has a strong team of about 25 people working towards a common goal, putting the patient first. The team consists of specialists in general medicine, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists. As a resident physician at Kry, you will have varied tasks where you will have the opportunity to meet and advise many different patients, and you will contribute to developing and changing primary care where your ideas create value for the organization and Kry's work to improve primary care. Examples of tasks include patient consultations, placements at child health centers, home healthcare, and supervision of junior doctors. The healthcare center is fortunate to have several resident physicians and aims to be at the forefront of supervision. You will have the opportunity to, together with other employees, develop the organization and participate in improvement and quality work.

Qualifications & characteristics You are a licensed physician who wants to specialize in general medicine. The position will start with a 6-month temporary contract, which can then transition into a residency position if everything goes well.

You have a Swedish medical license and a strong interest in general medicine.

You have 1 year of experience working at a Swedish healthcare center.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is important that you can communicate fluently with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

You place great importance on a holistic perspective in each individual patient meeting.

You have a good demeanor and prioritize putting the patient first.

You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.

You are meticulous in your work and take great responsibility for your tasks.
