We are now looking for ambitious salespeople/advisors on behalf of our client for a dedicated telecom project where you will work exclusively to sell business solutions from Tre.

You will work with companies in the Small Business segment (0–9 users) – the backbone of Swedish business – helping them get the right mobile telephony, subscriptions, and communication solutions through the operator 3.

This is not an ordinary sales job. It is the start of a career where you will develop into a successful advisor and entrepreneur in telecom.

The Role – Advisor and Salesperson for Operator 3

As a salesperson, you are the face of 3's business solutions. Your mission is to:

  • Sell mobile telephony, subscriptions, and communication solutions from 3 to businesses
  • Help customers future-proof their telephony with the right solution from 3
  • Build long-term customer relationships and create real business value
  • Work with a strong brand and market-leading products
  • Take responsibility for your own development, performance, and success

You represent quality, security, and professionalism – and customers know that 3 stands for reliable business communication.

Real Development

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We do not believe in finding ready-made salespeople – we believe in educating and developing them.
