At Carglass®, your workday will primarily consist of helping our customers with stone chip repairs and windshield replacements. We offer you a family-like workplace where no two workdays are the same. We are currently looking for a new team member for our workshop in Skövde.

You do not need to have prior experience in repairing automotive glass, although it is an advantage; Carglass® provides the training you need to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Carglass® services in a manner that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations regarding service, quality of work performed, and information/administration related to our service.
• The main tasks include repairing stone chips, replacing windshields, calibrating, and welcoming our customers to the workshop.
• Work at another location or workshop may occur.

Who are you?

• You have experience in some type of work with direct customer contact. You enjoy taking care of customers and providing world-class service.
• It is important to us that you enjoy practical work and have a technical interest.
• We consider previous experience with automotive glass or insurance claims as an advantage, but this is not a requirement.
• To succeed in the job, you need to be meticulous, independent, and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications:

• Manual B driver's license
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Basic computer skills
• Aptitude for practical and technical work

About the position:

The position is a permanent employment, starting according to agreement with a 6-month initial probation period.

A step in the recruitment process is a visit to our occupational health service for a hardened plastic examination and alcohol and drug tests, which are prerequisites for employment with us.
