About the position

As a customer representative, you are the face of Ryds Bilglas and always prioritize the customer's best interests. You will work both administratively at the customer reception and practically in the workshop.

You will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, receive and hand over cars while handling cash, register claims with insurance companies, order glass, and maintain contact with suppliers. In addition to your administrative role, you will work in the workshop where you will repair stone chips and assist the auto glass technicians as needed.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in the service industry, an interest in and preferably knowledge of cars, who wants to help develop our business forward. You enjoy customer contact and are willing to go the extra mile to make our customers happy. No day is the same with us, which means that a flexible approach is preferred, where we see that you are willing to suggest and test new ideas. We also see that you find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues and that you help each other to make the work function as well as possible.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and would like to see that you have a strong commitment to what you do and that you are curious and eager to learn new things. Training in our systems and in stone chip repair will be provided on-site in the workshop.

Requirements

Driver's license B (manual)
Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of the Cabas system
