We are now looking for a restaurant assistant with delivery at 55% - Are you the right one? There is a possibility for 70% work for the right person, and potential for extra hours during peak times as well as at other times in everyday life such as illness, leave, etc. A B driver's license is required, and experience driving a car is an advantage, as well as local knowledge of Ulricehamn.

The intended schedule for the position is

Mon - Fri 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM. For longer hours, we typically work from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

In the industrial area of Karlsnäs in Ulricehamn, we have our lunch restaurant in a well-known restaurant location.

The restaurant serves breakfast daily to the employees of the property and lunch on weekdays to both staff in the building and external guests.

The restaurant also offers delivery of meal boxes with your own car and catering for both large and small orders.

We are looking for someone who enjoys food and restaurants and wants to take on a new challenge. You are passionate about service and meeting guests. You are organized and have a clear plan for your work, and if you have experience from similar positions, it is an advantage.

You can handle multiple tasks at once and are a team player but can also work independently. You have a positive attitude and see solutions before obstacles. You prioritize the guest's experience as the most important goal and contribute to delivering a fantastic overall experience. You are resilient to stress and can keep a cool head in stressful situations without losing your planning or cheerful demeanor.

You will work with all the various tasks of a restaurant, from meeting guests, serving food, cash handling, simple cooking, and salad preparation, to dishwashing and cleaning. But primarily, you will handle our daily delivery of lunch boxes. Heavy lifting is involved.

You will assist with orders/catering. You are a team player who steps in where needed before leaving and leaves the kitchen and restaurant in perfect condition for the next day.

We prefer that you can work independently but also as a team player. You are unpretentious and have no problem stepping in where required, from cleaning to cash handling and in between during illness or high workload.

We prefer that you have experience from previous similar work or parts of the job but prioritize chemistry and personality higher.

You need to understand the Swedish language at a good level and be able to express yourself clearly and understand both spoken and written Swedish.

A driver's license is required!
