SkiStar Lodge and Hotel is our business area that includes our hotels and restaurants. Our hotels offer a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Some of our hotels also feature other activities such as bowling, adventure pools, indoor surfing, and spa and relaxation areas. The hotels included in the SkiStar Lodge & Hotel business area are SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen, SkiStar Lodge Hundfjället, Högfjällshotellet, SkiStar Lodge Trysil, and Radisson Blu Trysil.

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Whether you have experience in the restaurant industry or not, you will contribute to ensuring our guests have a memorable experience with us. We have several restaurants, bars, and cafés with different themes and focuses. We serve breakfast from early morning, lunch, and dinners at our restaurants, both buffet and à la carte.

We are looking for service-oriented and energetic individuals who want to provide personal and professional service to our guests, all with a smile!

Main Responsibilities

• Take orders both at the table and over the counter.
• Serve food and drinks.
• Set and clear tables and buffets.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the restaurant.

We are looking for someone with an interest in food and beverages and a passion for service. You enjoy working as a team and can work efficiently. You are flexible and can handle a fast pace during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Scandinavian language skills in speech and writing, as required in daily work.
• 18 years old, due to serving permits.

Meritorious

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or café.

Employment Type & Employment Period

Seasonal employment from June to August

Working Hours

25-40 hours/week, varying working hours on weekdays and weekends.
