About You

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital. To thrive with us, you have a positive attitude, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and you see opportunities in changes and challenges. As a person, you are engaged and trustworthy with good social skills. We place great importance on the ability to communicate and collaborate with people. Working in the Staffing Unit requires high flexibility regarding tasks and workplaces.

Your Future Workplace

The mission of the Staffing Unit is to cover for absences and work peaks at Oskarshamn Hospital. Through good customer relations and systematic dialogues, we take into account the employees' competencies when the customer's needs arise. A total of just over 15 employees work in the Staffing Unit, including nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries.

Oskarshamn Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County and has just over 400 employees. The hospital is a small facility with quick decision-making paths and close contacts between units. Here, there is medical specialist care, radiology, planned surgery, and orthopedics. The hospital is located near the center of Oskarshamn and close to the archipelago.
