The position is a temporary contract.

Job Responsibilities The responsibilities include receiving customers at the repair shop both through customer visits and phone calls, and booking damage inspections via Cabas.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.

  • Follow up to ensure efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all stages, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.

  • Explain various options for actions and present different alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Skills: In the role of customer receptionist with us, your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service is of utmost importance. You are a communicative person who enjoys meeting customers and ensuring their needs are always prioritized. With a solution-oriented and proactive approach, you see challenges as opportunities to exceed expectations. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented and contributes to a work environment characterized by positive energy and collaboration.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

  • High school education, preferably in automotive technology or equivalent vocational training.

  • A couple of years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks.

  • Driving license B.
