We are looking for a flooring installer/assembler who works in a team and is the customer's contact person. You ensure that each job is properly prepared, that the customer feels secure, and that we leave a neat and professional result.

Job Responsibilities

You will, among other things:

• Schedule and plan installations with customers (times, access, logistics)
• Set requirements for the jobs before installation (substrate, materials, conditions)
• Engage in customer dialogue before/during/after installation and answer questions about maintenance
• If necessary, take measurements for quotes and document clearly (photos/notes)
• On-site: carry in materials, unpack, protect surfaces, and make simple preparations of the work area/subfloor
• Ensure that we leave the site clean and tidy after the work is completed

We are looking for someone who

• Is confident in customer contact and communicates clearly
• Is structured, responsible, and enjoys a fast pace
• Enjoys physical work and being out with customers

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Familiar with mobile/computer for planning and documentation

Meritorious

• Experience in flooring/carpets/assembly/construction services
• Measurement/quotation background and material knowledge (parquet, laminate, LVT, textile)
