Temporary position June-August, Nurse 1177 on the phone - Region Dalarna

Do you want to develop in a job where you make a difference? We are now looking for a telephone nurse for 1177 on the phone in Dalarna who wants to work both day and evening shifts. The position is a temporary position during the summer months of June, July, and August.

Being a telephone nurse at 1177 on the phone is a rewarding and challenging job that spans a wide field of knowledge. As a telephone nurse at 1177 Vårdguiden on the phone, you assess the care needs of the caller through qualified advisory support and a specially developed conversation methodology. Based on your assessment, you provide advice, support, and education, refer to the appropriate level of care, assist with health and medical information, and coordinate health and medical resources. After your introduction and once you feel comfortable in your work, you will have the opportunity to work from home. We also have a chat function in 1177 Direct during parts of the day.

We collaborate within our own Region Dalarna and nationally to develop modern first-line care. This means that you will have the opportunity to influence. Our main office is located at Borlänge Hospital, where you will be working.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Several years of work experience in healthcare
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer proficiency (as it is our primary working tool)

Meritorious:

• Multilingual skills

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in professional healthcare advice for our residents and who now wants to try the role of telephone nurse. You are meticulous, communicative, and service-oriented in your work approach with good collaboration skills and an interest in development issues.

This position requires that you have a valid license for the relevant profession. Your professional license will be checked against the National Board of Health and Welfare's register of licensed healthcare professionals (HOSP) before any job offer is made.
