The Medical Specialist Clinic (MSK) at the hospital in Motala conducts a broad internal medicine operation with an emergency department, fifty-five care places, and specialist clinics. Job description

In your role, you will lead and distribute patient-centered nursing work and contribute to a positive climate in the workplace. We work in emergency teams around the patient, based on the individual needs and resources. An emergency team consists of a nursing assistant, a nurse, and a doctor with shared patients, workplaces, and routines; most things are done together!

The emergency department is a constantly evolving operation, and we are now looking for you with great commitment and innovative thinking who wants to help further develop our working methods to provide high-quality emergency care and contribute to a good work climate where we help each other and have fun at work!

About you

You are a licensed nurse, and we would like you to have some experience in the profession and an interest in developing your skills in emergency care. If you have specialist training, it is an advantage. If you are looking for a job and an environment to grow in and develop as a person and nurse, then perhaps we are what you are looking for. If you are a basic-trained nurse and wish to continue your education to specialize in emergency care, you may be given the opportunity to do so within the framework of your employment. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

With us, there is an opportunity to take courses such as TNCC, ALS, and AMLS. There is also the possibility to shadow in adjacent operations that broaden your knowledge and thus can contribute to good care in the emergency department in Motala and can contribute to your personal development in the profession.

As a new nurse in the emergency department in Motala, you will have an experienced nurse as a mentor during your first year with us.

We are looking for someone who has a good ability to meet people where they are in various critical situations. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and can maintain calm and stability in stressful situations. You collaborate well within the team and with other professional groups and are a person who listens, communicates, and resolves conflicts constructively.
