JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a job where you support our care recipients to a meaningful everyday life based on their needs and interests? We are looking for a trained nursing assistant who wants a rewarding and varied job at night. Does that sound interesting? Welcome with your application!

As a nursing assistant, you will work with multifaceted tasks. You have an important role in direct contact with our care recipients where you provide personal care and service efforts that make a difference in their daily lives.

At Borgmästaren, we work daily to stay at the forefront, and we continuously engage in development and improvement work for our care recipients. Here, you will work alongside experienced colleagues in a safe working group at night. As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of the operation. We offer a varied and stimulating job where you have the opportunity to develop alongside competent colleagues.

The working hours are from 20:55 to 07:05, and you will work together with a total of 4 colleagues every night. Weekdays and weekends.

With us, you choose your own employment rate. Salary is set individually.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a nursing assistant with experience and an interest in elderly care. You contribute to a good working climate and have a nice and professional approach towards care recipients, relatives/representatives, colleagues, and others in service. You also have an interest in improvement and development work. We work closely together, and it is important that you have good collaboration skills and an interest in working in a team, while also being able to work independently and make your own decisions.

To succeed and thrive in the role, it is important that you can be flexible and adapt to different situations. In elderly care, you need to handle stressful and sometimes challenging situations calmly and responsibly. You are a problem solver who sees opportunities instead of obstacles.
