Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you will work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

• Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor areas
• Gardening
• Corrective actions
• Driving minor improvement projects
• Property inspections

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• High school education
• Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
• Good system skills
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

As a property caretaker with us, you have commitment and enjoy order and tidiness. You have the ability to work proactively and ensure that everything is neat and clean. For you, service and a sense of responsibility are a given, and you are comfortable working independently. You enjoy maintaining a high pace without compromising on quality.
