🏡 About the role

In this combined role, you will work both practically and socially. You are our face in Jönköping and have a central role in creating a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning living environment.

You take significant responsibility for technical operations, maintenance, and daily inspections – while also being a present contact person for students and contributing to comfort and safety in the area.

Your responsibilities include:

• Being the link between management and tenants
• Independently performing troubleshooting and technical measures
• Key management, customer contact, and information handling
• Creating comfort and community through events
• Handling maintenance requests, conducting inspections and controls
• Preparing billing documentation
• Following up with contractors for external maintenance

🌟 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with documented experience as a property technician or property caretaker, preferably combined with work in service or customer-facing roles.

You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and engage with our students in a safe and professional manner.

📌 Qualifications

• Experience as a property technician / property caretaker (required)
• Good computer skills and administrative ability
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
