Senior Test Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Specialist who wants to drive the development of ATG's Token Services platform – the core of our authentication and token solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, improve, and maintain advanced automated test suites and test frameworks for web, backend, and mobile platforms.
• Integrate and optimize automated tests in CI/CD pipelines and ensure stable and scalable quality gates.
• Perform API testing, technical testing, and contribute to advanced testing strategies in a complex and security-critical environment.
• Drive quality improvements and test automation initiatives that increase robustness and stability in our Token Services platform.
• Support teams and product areas with testability assessments, requirement reviews, and technical guidance.
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues in test automation, tools, and methodologies.

In this role, you will have a central position in our Token Services platform and work closely with developers, architects, and product owners throughout the development lifecycle. You will also be involved in the modernization journey regarding quality, DevOps, automation, and future cloud solutions, contributing to a team climate characterized by high pace, high ambitions, and a strong desire to deliver quality. You have several years of experience in test automation in modern technical environments and feel comfortable working closely with development, architecture, and product.

With a combination of analytical thinking, quality mindset, and technical breadth, you thrive in complex systems and enjoy both driving improvements and collaborating with others. You are communicative, structured, and like to take initiative when needed.

We expect you to have:

• Several years of experience in test automation in modern and complex technical environments (at least 5 years).
• Strong expertise in API testing and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Protractor, Appium, Karate, or similar.
• Good programming skills, preferably in languages like Java, Python, Groovy, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch for web, backend, and/or mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD flows and working with pipelines, for example in Jenkins.
• Experience working in agile teams and preferably in international development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant university education in IT/data – or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID or other authentication solutions.
