In the team, we work closely together with a holistic perspective, where every meeting and intervention is of utmost importance. As a doctor with us, you will have medical responsibility and a key role in leading and coordinating the patient's care, focusing on advanced symptom relief, treatment strategies, and supportive conversations that make a real difference. We are located at the Old Karolinska Hospital and operate both ASIH and SPSV, with services available around the clock.

We are looking for someone who is

• Licensed physician.
• Has a genuine and strong interest in palliative care.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities we highly value:

• Ability to prioritize and be solution-focused.
• Sees opportunities in changes and has a strong drive.
• Provides empathetic and good responses to patients and relatives.
• Has ideas and the will to lead, develop, and shape the organization towards the company's goals.

Meritorious: Specialist competence, preferably in general medicine, internal medicine, oncology, or geriatrics. Experience in ASIH and palliative care is a great plus, but the greatest emphasis is placed on your personal qualities and commitment.
