LA Takvård AB is a leading company in Sweden within roof care. The company operates nationwide in Sweden and consists of several franchisees, and these positions will also be filled by our franchisee. As a performer, you should be flexible and enjoy solving problems. The social contact with customers is important, and therefore we want you to see it as a challenge to always exceed customer expectations. Promoting good cooperation among other employees and always behaving positively and coaching is highly valued by us. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish. A B driver's license is a requirement. As a performer at LA Takvård, you have a central role within the company. Therefore, high demands are placed on you as a performer regarding accuracy, problem-solving, efficiency, and always working to exceed customer expectations. The performers are those who work closest to our end customers and are thus the company's face to the outside world. The work consists of cleaning the roof from growth and treating the roof with our specially developed roof care product.

The contact with the customer is a central part of the work, and as a performer, you are responsible for ensuring that the customer is met in a professional and accommodating manner. It is also the performers' responsibility to ensure that the vehicles and equipment used are intact and clean and that the materials are maintained according to applicable instructions.
