About the Role

As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving contracting projects in new residential and commercial buildings from early stages to completion. You step in when the project is secured and collaborate with your colleagues to plan, organize, and execute it. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and have overall responsibility, focusing on structure, finances, and progress.

More specifically, the position includes:

- Driving and leading contracting projects from start to finish

- Planning resources and staffing together with the lead installer and installers

- Responsible for the project's finances, forecasts, and follow-up

- Managing purchases with suppliers

- Handling changes and economic dialogue with construction contractors

- Ongoing customer contact and collaboration with site managers, suppliers, and installers

- Ensuring that projects are driven efficiently, structured, and profitably

The following are requirements for the position:

- Several years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry

- Experience in driving projects, or have been a lead installer or held similar responsibilities

- Good understanding of project management and project finances

- Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

- Good computer skills

- B driver's license

Additional Information

Start: By agreement

Location: Malmö

Travel: Approximately half the time on projects, the remaining time in the office

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: 07:00-16:00 Mon-Fri

Salary: By agreement
