JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a resource assistant nurse in Ljungby municipality's home care, you will have a varied and developing workday. You will have the privilege of personal meetings with patients in their home environment, both in regular and special housing.

Together with the team, you will independently plan your work shift and you will be an important resource for our nurses on a daily basis.

You will collaborate with various professional roles in the team and guide care staff in different care interventions such as wound dressing and sampling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a nursing student with approved and completed 5 semesters or an experienced nursing assistant.
• Is passionate about working with person-centered care.
• Has good computer skills and a B driver's license.
• Sees themselves as part of a whole and enjoys working in a team.
• Can work independently and prioritize to ensure patient safety.
• Shows respect for others, has engagement, and is innovative.
• Sees solutions where others see problems.

Experience in home care is an advantage.

It is also advantageous if you are a nursing assistant and can present an approved protected professional title for nursing assistants according to: HSLF-FS 2023:14 Socialstyrelsen's regulations and general advice on protected professional titles for nursing assistants.
