ASIH Järfälla Upplands Bro is looking for a new colleague!
We are a pleasant workplace with great colleagues.
Our office is located at Jakobsberg Hospital.
ASIH Stockholm North has three ASIH units operated by the region, of which ASIH Järfälla Upplands Bro is one. Our organization also includes a specialized palliative care department. We work in multiprofessional teams where the goal is to create optimal care together with the patient and relatives based on care needs around the clock. Work at ASIH is independent, varied, and focused on the patient's well-being.
About the position
Do you want to work with one patient at a time where you help plan your day? Are you looking for a varied, independent, responsible, and developing job? Then you are warmly welcome to us! Working as a nurse within ASIH means that we, as a team, enable severely ill patients to stay at home despite significant care needs. Our mission is to support patients and relatives during tough treatments, chronic illnesses, and to provide good care at the end of life.
The position is full-time during the day/evening and weekends.
Qualifications
To succeed in your role as a nurse with us, you must be licensed and have a B driver's license. Furthermore, you have at least one year of experience in somatic or palliative care.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience from similar care and/or experience with severely ill patients. It is also advantageous if you have specialist competence in palliative care or as a district nurse, or another specialty that the employer deems relevant for the position.
We place great importance on personal suitability and highly value qualities such as teamwork, responsibility, independence, humility, security, curiosity, respectfulness, and communication skills.
We offer
- Flexible working hours agreement
- 5000 SEK in wellness allowance/year
- Free outpatient care
- Insurance
- Pension agreement
Other information
As you work in the patient's home, you cannot be hypersensitive. Pets, smoking, strong odors, and other allergens may occur. The work can also be physically demanding as we cannot always adapt the work environment in others' homes.
We follow Region Stockholm's working hours agreement with the Nurses' Union. The agreement means that nurses working shifts in 24/7 operations earn time for a time bank. The time can then be taken out in corresponding time, money, or pension savings, according to the employee's wishes (applies to nurses with scheduled working hours).
We will continuously review applications and may call for interviews before the application deadline.
Warmly welcome your application today! The position will be filled provided that it does not need to be reserved for internal relocation, according to applicable regulations.
