About the Position

Do you want to contribute to the industry's skills supply?

We are looking for someone to work as a Verifier according to the Building Ceramics Council's (BKR) regulations. The role involves conducting and assessing practical verification tests for tilers who need to demonstrate their professional skills to be included in BKR's qualification system.

The verification is a mandatory part of BKR's requirements for companies applying for authorization, or for tilers who lack a Swedish professional certificate and therefore need to verify their practical skills through a practical test.

Responsibilities

As a verifier, you are responsible for:

• Receiving course participants who have completed Course 1 with BKR with a passing result.
• Conducting and leading the verification process, which consists of a practical test in tiling and leveling.
• Assessing participants' work according to BKR's guidelines for professional execution.
• Ensuring a fair, safe, and professional testing environment.
• Reporting results to BKR according to current procedures.

The verification is conducted over a full day and takes place as needed based on bookings from companies and individuals.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid and current professional experience as a tiler, preferably with a professional certificate and/or BKR authorization.
• Has a very good understanding of BBV – Building Ceramics Council's industry regulations for wet rooms.
• Is confident in instructing and providing constructive feedback.
• Is structured, meticulous, and has high integrity in assessment contexts.
• Has good collaboration skills as the role involves contact with both companies, educational providers, and BKR.

Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement
Location: Stockholm (Bromma), Gothenburg, Halmstad

Salary: hourly wage, individual salary setting
