Falck Ambulance offers services in pre-hospital emergency care and operates ambulance services in Östergötland. As an ambulance caregiver at Falck ambulance services, you will encounter an exciting and varied environment where you, together with a nurse, can be the first on the scene at an accident site, collaborating with police, rescue services, and emergency physicians. You are responsible for driving the ambulance during emergencies and ensuring that the correct equipment is always in place so that you can perform your duties in a patient-safe manner.
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, with:
- advanced training in ambulance care
- at least 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant in inpatient care
- C1 driver's license with good driving experience and local knowledge.
- good physical fitness as heavy lifting of patients occurs and must be able to swim, 200 meters in any swimming style.
- proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience in emergency care, pre-hospital care, or emergency care departments.

Other:
- Placement: You will be placed at one of our ambulance stations in Motala, Kisa, or Mjölby/Ödeshög. Rotation between stations occurs. We welcome applicants from the entire region, such as those who are willing to commute from places like Tranås, Eksjö, or Västervik.
- Recruitment process: The process includes an interview, driving test, fitness test, check with IVO, and a criminal record extract. Proof of swimming ability is required.
- Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Working degree and start date according to agreement.
