Customer Account Manager with Strong Sales Drive Wanted at Booiq

Booiq is growing and is now looking for a Customer Account Manager with a strong sales drive who wants to help establish and develop the company's position in the real estate industry. Here, you will work with well-known clients and be part of a small, close-knit team where your contributions are immediately visible.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the first contact to handover to Customer Success. This is a role where you can grow, develop, and make an impact – in a company that prioritizes both professional and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and schedule meetings with new clients
  • Conduct needs analysis and understand the client's strategy, current situation, and goals
  • Present Booiq's services and prepare materials for business
  • Drive complex sales processes with longer cycles
  • Be responsible for contracts and ensure a clear handover to Customer Success
  • Engage in dialogue and follow-up with existing clients
  • Support internally regarding business development and input to the product team

You will work closely with the CEO, CRO, Customer Success, and the development team, playing a central role in the company's continued growth.

Requirements for the Position

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3–5 years of experience in roles within B2B, real estate agent, real estate consultant, proptech, SaaS, or software sales
  • Experience in driving your own business processes
  • Basic CRM familiarity
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Relevant education in economics, marketing, real estate, IHM Business School, or equivalent (Experience can weigh as heavily as education.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate background
  • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably with commercial properties

The company has grown organically and now consists of 12 people – a tight-knit team with high competence. The development team is primarily based in Gävle, while other employees are centrally located in Stockholm at a modern business hotel.
