Who are you? We prefer that you are educated in a relevant field, for example through a vocational college or technical university. If you have prior experience as a site manager, preferably in construction projects involving both earthworks, water and sewage, and concrete - you have all the prerequisites to succeed well with us.

As a person, you are proactive, solve problems, and tackle the challenges and changes that arise in daily work.

Leadership is and will always remain an important issue for us! We believe in developing leadership where you, as a leader, bring out the best in your employees and contribute to building a strong and thriving team.

We see good communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish, computer proficiency, and a B driver's license as essentials.

The role of site manager

As a site manager, you will work on-site in the construction projects we carry out. Daily management, planning, coordination, and follow-up of projects to achieve the right quality and results within the right time and budget are the main tasks in the site manager role. Contacts with, for example, clients, subcontractors, and employees are a natural part of the job.

Common tasks and responsibilities:

• plan and establish schedules for the upcoming weeks

• conduct work preparations together with the team

• morning meetings and check-ins with immediate employees and subcontractors

• communicate, lead, and follow up on production progress

• manage digital project documentation such as invoice reviews, diaries, documentation for notifications and changes, as well as other quality documentation.

We do this by constructing roads, bridges, quays, and concrete structures for industry, government, and municipalities. Additionally, we break new ground and pave the way for water and sewage networks, wind farms, and development areas. We also have specialized units within foundation work and land remediation.
