As a concrete worker, you will perform varied tasks such as simple casting in molds, cutting reinforcement, and quality assessments. The work is physical, and heavy lifting is done with lifting equipment. There is an opportunity for expanded tasks and responsibilities with our client.

The assignment starts with a 6-month fixed-term employment as a consultant at Lernia, with the goal of transitioning to employment at Centrum Pile afterwards.

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment and the ability to prioritize safety and quality in their work. You should be able to work at a fast pace and have good teamwork skills to function well in smaller workgroups. To ensure a safe working environment, it is important that you can speak and understand instructions in Swedish. A driver's license is a requirement.

It is advantageous if you have a forklift license, overhead crane license, or experience with wheel loaders, which can facilitate the handling of materials and tools. A background in the industry, especially in concrete or prefab, gives you an advantage as it means you have previous experiences that can enrich our operations. These qualifications may increase your chances of gaining expanded responsibilities and more tasks. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities when filling the position.
