Your mission
As a Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing Projektverkaden's project operations. The role is operational and combines project management, sales of new assignments, as well as responsibility for finance and administration.

As a Site Manager, you will support the CEO and Deputy CEO in personnel, finance, quality, and environment. You will have a central role where you ensure that the operations are conducted according to the business plan and overall goals. We work exclusively with end customers and lead projects in various environments such as churches, hospitals, airports, and technically advanced properties.

Your main responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for several projects simultaneously – from calculation to final inspection
• Have an active role in tendering, calculations, and project strategy
• Lead and support employees in production and ensure resource allocation
• Be responsible for finance, budget, and profitability in the projects
• Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
• Ensure that projects comply with laws, agreements, environmental requirements, and quality standards (BKMA)
• Drive improvement work and develop internal routines and working methods

Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced leader in construction production who is confident in both business and project management. You thrive in a role where you have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the business. As a person, you are business-oriented, enjoy leading others, and find it easy to structure and prioritize.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education, such as civil or construction engineer, or equivalent experience
• You have a broad competence and many years of experience in construction production and have worked in a leading position as a Site Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Site Manager
• Solid experience in renovation projects
• Strong business acumen and good understanding of finance, contracts, and project law
• Good experience in leading site managers and subcontractor structures
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
