Nkraft is now looking for a Working Site Manager in civil engineering.

This is a role for you who thrives on responsibility, enjoys driving projects forward, and is not afraid to be involved in production yourself.

About the position

As a working site manager, you will play a key role in our projects. You will lead the daily work on site while also participating practically in production.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule – with support from management but with a large degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work on site
• Participate practically in civil engineering work
• Ensure that workplace and safety regulations are followed
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Plan resources and materials
• Follow up on quality, production, and schedule

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in civil engineering
• Has at least 2 years of experience in leadership (requirement)
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Drives projects independently with support from management
• Has good collaboration skills and natural leadership qualities
• Holds a valid driver's license (requirement)
