JOB DESCRIPTION

Property Management

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the internal property maintenance in accordance with the applicable boundary list with the landlord and based on the local job description. The position requires close collaboration with the landlord and external contractors. The tasks consist of operational property management such as troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. The responsibilities also include handling and addressing error reports from the prison's other units. Administrative tasks such as managing orders and invoices are also included.

Outdoor Environment

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the prison's outdoor environment in accordance with the applicable boundary list with the landlord and based on the local job description. The position requires close collaboration with the landlord and external contractors. The tasks consist of maintaining grass areas and plants as well as sorting waste and garbage. There are also operational property management tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, as well as service and minor repairs of machines. During winter, snow removal is also included in the tasks. Administrative tasks such as managing orders and invoices are also included.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, structured, and takes great responsibility for their tasks. Your work effort affects other units both directly and indirectly, therefore high demands are placed on good collaboration skills and a service-oriented attitude. It is important to us that you share the fundamental values of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service regarding a humane view of people, respect for the individual, and belief in the human will and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience deemed relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Education with a property management focus at least at the upper secondary level, or other education combined with experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

• Work experience in property management or property services
• References that confirm your practical skills
• Goods handling with a wheel loader
