💼 Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will have a varied everyday life where you are the primary contact person for tenants. You are responsible for receiving and addressing maintenance requests and service issues while ensuring a high level of service and a positive response. The role includes daily rounds and supervision of properties, maintenance, service, and documentation of completed work in Vitec.

You will also be responsible for SBA (systematic fire protection work) and other statutory safety inspections together with the property manager. In addition, the role includes inspecting apartments and managing tags and keys. The work primarily takes place in the areas of Hermodsdal and Lindängen, where you ensure operations and contribute to creating safe and well-functioning properties.

• Handle and address maintenance requests and service issues

• Daily rounds, supervision, as well as maintenance and care of properties

• Be responsible for SBA and other statutory safety inspections

• Document work in Vitec and manage tags and keys

• Be the primary contact person for tenants and ensure high service

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of work experience in a role with similar responsibilities or in a similar technical service profession

• Experience in working with residential properties is an advantage

• Good computer and system skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license B
