About the job
We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. In this role, your focus will be to assist the CEO in daily operations as well as help with administration and marketing. Here you will have room for creative work and some social meetings with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. Start date is negotiable.
Responsibilities
The tasks for this position are constantly varying and are perfect for someone who enjoys trying new things. Your responsibilities include:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- General office administration
- Support in internal and external projects
- Create simple drawings and compile materials
- Assist in customer meetings
- Meeting preparations and creation of presentation materials
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Responsible for purchases and communication with suppliers
- Create content for social media
- Paid marketing
- Copywriting
- Search Engine Optimization - SEO
- Build and update websites
- Email campaigns
We are looking for someone who…
- Has good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Has good proficiency in Google Workspace
- Is structured and organized
- Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are driven, self-sufficient, and unpretentious in your work. Furthermore, we would like you to be social and good at nurturing and developing customer contacts. You enjoy when things are happening and appreciate a varied everyday life.
About the company
Toppreno is an established construction and renovation company based in Täby. With over 15 years of experience, we have extensive knowledge in several construction areas and are therefore classified as a general contractor. We cater to private individuals, housing associations, and companies, helping them with their requests. We are currently in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a driven colleague who wants to work with administration and ad hoc tasks.
