Our client in Stockholm is looking for a Content Producer for a part-time consulting assignment for three months.

Do you want to work as a Content Producer in social media in Stockholm during a three-month consulting assignment? Our client is an established consumer-facing company with a clear social mission and is looking for an operational and self-driven consultant who can manage production from idea to publication. You will combine creative creation with a commercial focus and contribute to showcasing their work for the non-profit sector on Instagram and Facebook. Here you will have significant responsibility, a clear mandate, and the opportunity to influence both content, format, and expression in social media. Your employment offer

This is a part-time consulting assignment for three months where you will work with one of Sweden's strongest and most well-known brands in charity. You will join a marketing team with high strategic competence and clear direction. Your task is to strengthen the operational power in social media and turn ideas into engaging content that shows the real impact of their work. Here you will work in a context where communication, business, and social benefit are closely linked.

Your tasks

The assignment is based on a larger event and the content created in connection with it and thereafter. You will be responsible for refining, producing, and publishing material that continues to live on in social media and strengthens communication around the company's charitable work.

• Plan, produce, and publish content on Instagram and Facebook
• Drive the entire production chain from idea to publication
• Film and edit short formats for Reels and Stories
• Create moving material related to the event and its post-communication
• Ensure tone, language, and quality in produced material
• Develop formats and expressions in social media based on the overall communication strategy
• Collaborate with internal functions and external suppliers as needed

Worth knowing

The assignment is on a consulting basis in Stockholm and covers three months at 40 to 50 percent. The role is production-oriented and requires that you can independently maintain a high pace without extensive daily supervision. You will work closely with the marketing department and are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the business, brand, and working methods.

The assignment suits a consultant who is used to delivering with clear responsibility for pace, quality, and results. You can choose to be employed by TNG or to come in as a subcontractor. The assignment starts immediately.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone who is confident in the entire production chain for social media and used to delivering with pace and quality. To succeed in the assignment, it is particularly important that you:

• Have documented experience in filming and editing short formats for Reels and Stories
• Can independently turn ideas into finished published material at a high pace
• Have driven moving production from idea and recording to publication
• Have very good knowledge of Meta, especially Instagram and Facebook
• Work fluently in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
• Express yourself very well in Swedish in both speech and writing

As a person, you are creative and full of ideas but also structured and reliable in delivery. You take initiative, prioritize wisely, and are used to working independently in consulting assignments where responsibility for pace and results is clear. At the same time, you are communicative and thrive in close dialogue with colleagues and partners.
