At Norlandia Elderly Care, we are looking for a nurse who wants to work full-time/part-time throughout or part of the summer at Stora Rospiggen nursing home in Norrtälje. Would you like to be part of our team this summer? Then you are warmly welcome to submit your application!

As a nurse within Norlandia Elderly Care, you are a valuable key person responsible for ensuring that our residents' health and medical care needs are met. An important part of the job is also to support, guide, and educate other care staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.

You work with care in everything you do, with great personal responsibility and the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in the assignment.

Stora Rospiggen is a pleasant intergenerational residence that shares premises with the preschool Lilla Rospiggen. We have a central location close to the city center and good communications. The residence has a total of 80 places, divided into 50 somatic places and 30 dementia places.

In the building, there is a kitchen where our chefs prepare homemade meals from scratch every day. Employees have the opportunity to purchase lunch boxes. At the top of the building, there is a lovely rooftop terrace with an associated orangery, a popular place for both relaxation and community.

The operation is Star Rated according to the Swedish Dementia Center, which means that we work person-centered with a focus on high quality.

As a summer substitute with us, you will have access to Cappy – a smart app that gives you an overview of your working hours and salary. In the app, you can see worked hours, earned salary, preliminary salary payment, information about available work shifts, and how much you can earn on an extra shift. With Cappy, there is also the possibility to withdraw part of the earned salary for extra shifts/hourly shifts immediately after the shift ends.

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We prefer that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. You should also find it easy to collaborate with others and have a good ability to adapt your communication based on the recipient. As a nurse in elderly care, you will have the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility, which requires both professional skills, prioritization ability, and flexibility.

• We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

• It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

• We prefer that you have good computer skills and system knowledge.

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
