We are currently looking for machine operators for our client in Smålandsstenar. We are looking for someone who is technically interested, enjoys practical work, and wants a long-term and secure employment within the industry.

As a machine operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor machines in production.
• Perform quality checks and follow production guidelines.
• Handle minor troubleshooting during downtime.
• Contribute to an efficient and well-functioning production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

The position involves shift work, which means that a driver's license and access to a car are required.

Has previous experience in the industry or an interest and willingness to develop. You are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy solving problems. You see collaboration with colleagues as a given, while also being self-driven when needed. Your work ethic is strong, and you contribute to a positive and pleasant work environment.

It is an advantage if you have worked with machine monitoring, technical troubleshooting, or have forklift or crane certification.
