For those working more than 240 hours during June, July, and August (15/6-23/8), a bonus of 7000 SEK will be provided.

Åre Municipality stretches from Hallen in the east to Duved in the west and includes special housing, home care, and medical care at home for the elderly and disabled. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing health and medical care measures. This will be done through your direct efforts to individuals or through guidance, delegation, and follow-up. We work together with care staff in special housing, home care, and within the municipality's support services. You will play an important role in collaboration with other professionals around the individual. Your work will involve responsibility for investigating and making decisions according to current legislation and conducting follow-ups. The nurse has health and medical care responsibility and makes assessments of health status and contacts primary care physicians as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have an appropriate level of education and experience.
• You need to have an activating approach with the individual's participation and involvement in focus.
• You are a good organizer, service-oriented, and responsible, and can work both independently and in a team.
• You are easy to collaborate with, contribute to a pleasant work environment, and an effective workgroup.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Your main placement will be in Järpen, and the work will be both in special housing and regular housing. Daytime, weekdays, and weekends with the possibility to influence your schedule in consultation with your colleagues. If desired, also evening/night shifts.

OTHER
