About the Company

Kry healthcare center Sickla is a modern healthcare center located just south of Stockholm. Here, a skilled team of about 25 employees works together with a common goal: the patient in focus.

With us, specialists in general medicine, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work together. The healthcare center has a family-like atmosphere where we support each other, collaborate across professions, and develop together.

About the Role

With us, you will have a varied workday with a lot of patient contact. The position mainly involves sample collection in our laboratory, reception work, and work in the reception – you are often the first person the patient meets.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a team, appreciates a varied pace, and wants to contribute to the development of modern primary care with a clear patient focus.

Qualifications and Characteristics

• You are a trained nursing assistant and hold a diploma or certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

• At least 1 year of work experience in a Swedish healthcare center.

• Experience in laboratory work and sample collection is an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.

• Technically interested and with good computer skills.

As a person, you are confident in your role, you work communicatively, and have a strong sense of service, always putting our patients first. You are curious about developing in your role, take responsibility for your tasks, and behave professionally. In addition, you have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients. Furthermore, you are flexible and thrive in a role where you are encouraged to take initiative. Finally, you always ensure and prioritize high patient safety in your work.
