Home Healthcare
Home healthcare is a team consisting of district nurses, nurses, and nursing assistants. Together, we improve the lives of thousands of people in Norrköping municipality. It is both impressive, exciting, and challenging!

We are now looking for several nurses who want to be part of our dedicated team in home healthcare! As advanced healthcare moves out of inpatient care, home healthcare needs to grow to meet that demand. We need to expand in this exciting development.
Your tasks
Your work as a nurse with us is important and affects how other people experience their daily lives. The basic principle is that individuals who need health and medical care at home should receive it from us in home healthcare in Norrköping.
As a nurse, you will work in a team that performs medical interventions in the patient's home. This may include wound care, medication management, handling of nasogastric tubes, central lines, and sampling, among other things. Visits are both planned and unplanned.
We are stationed in central Norrköping as well as in four outlying areas: Skärblacka, Vikbolandet, Åby, and Kolmården. You will reach the patients by car, bicycle, or on foot, depending on where the patient lives.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have previous experience in the profession.
As a person, you are attentive, empathetic, and focused on putting patients first, where you also work to create motivation and maintain high quality.
You thrive in collaboration with others and contribute a positive attitude to the workgroup, but you can also work independently.
You have the ability to delegate work based on the recipient's knowledge, ability, and experience.
As we work with people, there are fluctuations in pace during the workday, and sometimes you need to adjust based on changing conditions and urgent situations.
We therefore see that you have the ability to maintain calm even in stressful situations and that you have a flexible approach.
Furthermore, you have good pedagogical skills where you adapt your way of communicating based on whom you meet. You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
To be able to reach the patients, we see that you have a B driver's license and can cycle.
