Your tasks

As a nurse with us, you have a varied assignment and work both in special housing, regular housing, and LSS. We try to adapt your tasks according to your wishes. You can have a primary focus on special housing or home care. During evenings and weekends, you work across the entire operational area.

In your work, you meet people in different life stages, with various care problems and often with long-term care needs. Daily tasks include planned and acute patient visits. You perform, among other things, wound dressings, medication management, and follow-ups. Regardless of the individual's housing form, the care is person-centered. We are also part of the region's LAH operations where advanced home care is conducted both in regular and special housing.

You are part of the Care and Rehab team together with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, and pharmacists. With us, you work in a small organization with a wonderful work climate and short decision-making paths. You work closely with your colleagues, managers, and partners.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We see that you have a B driver's license, good documentation and computer skills, and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Do you have experience in home care or a specialist education in elderly care or as a district nurse? Great – but it is not a requirement!

To thrive with us, you need to be a team player who enjoys collaborating and coming up with new ideas to develop the operations. At the same time, you have the ability to independently structure, plan, and prioritize your work. You are confident in your professional role, which makes you calm and attentive in your interactions.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. You will work every sixth weekend.
