HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden. Today, over a million people – singles, couples, and families – live in HSB's 26,708 rental apartments and 346,381 condominium apartments. HSB also offers Sweden's largest housing savings program, which provides priority for a home.

In Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland, we serve 430 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has about 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 230 skilled employees who now need reinforcement in Sundsvall as one of our colleagues is retiring.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a repair technician with us, you work closely with the customer. You primarily work with corrective repairs and planned maintenance of our customers' properties in Sundsvall/Timrå. This includes tasks within electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, laundry rooms, and operational measures such as filter changes, control, and adjustment of sub-stations and equipment in the property. You are responsible for contact with our customers who have reported a fault and play an important role in creating a good living environment for our customers. The role also includes a rotating on-call schedule.

Experience

The following qualifications are required for the role:

• Previous experience in repair work

• B driver's license (manual)

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Proficient user of database systems and programs

Education or experience in carpentry, locks, doors, and windows is an advantage.
