Kungsbacka Municipality is looking for café staff for the summer season 2026!

The role of café staff with us

You will work in Kaffestugan with serving, sales, cash handling, kitchen work, preparation, and cleaning. You are part of the overall experience and work closely with guides and other staff.

Your profile

You are service-oriented, meticulous, and unpretentious, and you thrive in a varied pace where collaboration with others is a natural part of the work. With a strong sense of responsibility and a flexible attitude, you easily adapt to different situations and needs. Personal suitability will be of great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old when the employment begins
• Can understand and express themselves in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you:

• Can understand and express yourself in German
• Have relevant experience from café/restaurant
• Have relevant sales experience

Our offer and additional information

We offer a temporary employment (summer job/seasonal) of up to 80% between June 15 – August 25, 2026.

• Weekend work and some evenings may occur
• We may offer job opportunities in the preseason and extensions during weekends and autumn events
• You must have your own vehicle or the ability to get to work on your own as public transport is limited.
